As a Bible-believing woman,Ā I was stuck in certain areas of my life, not fully living out my God-given purpose. I started doing 30-day challenges to break habits that weren't serving me and create new ones that aligned with my purpose.
I developed aĀ very specific formula to get unstuck that I will use to help set you on a proven path to consistently living out your God-given purpose, so you can live a fulfilling life.Ā
I'm a certified professional coach, author, a registered nurse specializing in neuroscience, and a minister.

"My first initial challenge was to stop drinking coffee. I was up to four (4) cups a day, not good! My water intake was starting to decline while my coffee intake continued to increase. First, I completed the workbook activities, and created my plan of action. This was beneficial in getting my mind disciplined and focused. Next, I replaced all coffee reminders with tea and other healthier beverages in my home and workplace. I have to say the first week was hard, my mind and body was not used to this change and keep reverting to the comfortable familiar.
