I’m a certified coach, registered nurse, and licensed minister passionate about helping women in their fifth decade and beyond reclaim vibrant health and walk in their divine purpose.

I believe goal-setting should be energizing, faith-filled, and fun—never something to dread. With my experience in holistic health, deep faith, and love for games, I’m on a mission to see you truly win at the game of life—one inspired step at a time.
