Hey, I'm Coach Natalie

I’m a certified coach, registered nurse, and licensed minister passionate about helping women in their fifties and beyond reclaim their power and walk in their divine purpose.

I believe goal-setting should be energizing, faith-filled, and fun—never something to dread.

With my experience in holistic health, deep faith, and love for games, I’m on a mission to see you truly win at the game of life—one inspired step at a time.

Last fall, I was going through an unplanned career transition when I learned about Natalie's coaching program. It came at the perfect time and was transformative for me in helping me to change my mindset, visioning what I want and what brings me joy and setting goals to get it. I tend to be the kind of person that often gets stuck. I have great ambition, thoughts, ideas, dreams, and goals, but most times the cares of this life and my insecurities get in the way. I knew I needed help, but the kind of help I needed was more than a self-help book or a word of encouragement or advice.
